Key Account Supervisor (Job Ref 01)
Job Description:
- 1.Development sales strategies in addition the policies and procedures relating to sales department.
- 2.Prepare annual sales budget through sales targets.
- 3.Ensure responsibility and accountability for developing Product in the market
- 4.Interact with regional sales and marketing department. Align with and follow up on regional strategies and programs. Develop local strategies, campaigns and product launches.
- 5.Implement, manage and develop key account programs for our key customers.
- 6.Develop, motivate, monitor and follow up all members in the sales team
- 7.Monitor the dealer market , on product trends, competitors and sales development
- 8.Development,and follow up on sales activities towards the dealer market, including campaigns, seminars, and events.
- 9.Conduct training for our customer and employees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in business management , Marketing or relevant field
- At least 7 years relevant experience prefer in a big food’s Companies..
- Experience in sales strategy
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English (Writing, Speaking, Reading).
- Excellent computer skills – all MS office application.
- Very good interpersonal, leadership, negotiations and communication skills.
