Job description

Our company is seeking a passionate Arabic Speaking Inside Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience in sales, cold calling, and developing qualifying new business.

You will be working with a well recognized national and international brand. We are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join the sales team for the long term. You will be working in an interesting environment and will be responsible for assisting in increasing the growth of the brand, through establishing and growing it’s online presence.

Your job is to generate leads and build pipeline, and work with the in-country sales teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads.
  • Responsible for outbound calls to our database.
  • Responsible for lead development and generation through cold-calling and email.
  • Qualify and rate prospects via phone and email – with the ultimate goal of passing qualified leads to the sales team in an efficient and effective manner. Stellar ability to multi-task with email management and phone.
  • Work closely with leads, prospects, Business Development, sales, and management.
  • Accurately record information and details of correspondence in our CRM system.
  • All contact must be made in a polite, effective, and efficient manner, working within the guidelines provided at all times.
  • Understand our products and IT solutions, and how they serve our customers’ needs.
  • Work with management to improve the lead qualifying processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
  • Strong cold calling and sales skills.
  • Strong qualification capabilities.
  • Motivation to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice.
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with sales cycle and sales cycle management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams.
