Within delegated authority, the Business Transformation Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

· Act as first line of contact for business data reconciliation and reporting, escalating issues as appropriate;

· Analyse big data and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations for the business units;

· Assist business units in the development of reporting, analysis and performance metrics which allow the business to align and track business goals, drive innovation, insight and decision making;

· Compile and analyse data to provide business trends to management and assist in decision making;

· Reference and build business intelligence dashboards, analytic reports and data visualizations using Tableau and other reporting tools;

· Write SQL queries and use SQL tools to access and customize stakeholder data;

· Conduct regular deep dives and gap analysis, providing solution recommendations to business leadership;

· Work closely with other team members as part of a cohesive group in exchanging knowledge through peer to peer interaction;

· Take active steps to increase understanding of WFP’s business environment, priorities and processes which are influenced by data.
