We are looking for a Jordanian Hotels Financial Management
Sr. Manager who will to be a part of our Jordan team.
We are looking for an individual with strong background in Hotel Financial Management from owner side.
– 6 – 8 years of experience in Hotel Financial Management in managing Hotels preferably with a known developer and Hotels owner.
– Review and overseeing the daily reports of the operations (Hotels), along with the monthly Financial
– Statements and evaluate the Hotels’ financial performance.To insure activation of all owner’s rights as per Hotels (operators) Management
– Agreements from the financial aspects to Maximize the owner’s return from hotels operations.Manage all the upcoming
– Hotels (operators) Capex purchases and processing the required procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA, CMA, or Msc.in Finance/Accounts.
