Logistics and Administrative officer (Operations) Needed
Marbletone MGS (Marble&Granite) are looking for Logistics and Administrative officer to join their Team.
1. Male or Female
2. 1-3 years Experience
3. Job Location: Mecca Street, Amman
4. Duties and responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the orders between the factory and the main office.
-Issuing purchase orders.
-Scheduling and planning deliveries.
-Arrange the deadlines and delivery dates with the clients.
-Arrange international shipments from the supplier to the warehouse.
-keep track of the office equipment, Showroom equipment, staff and vacations.
-Prepare and Review invoices and customs documents.
-Plan and coordinate warehousing and transportation in the distribution chain.
-Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes.
