A Jordanian Company Located in Jordan University Street is looking to recruit an admin assistant/ secretary to do the following tasks:-
- Arrange Appointments with company’s clients
- Arrange Company’s electronic and paper filling system
- Manage office needs
- Make needed phone calls with client and candidates.
- Answer phone calls and follow up with clients as needed by management
Qualifications
- BA in related Filed
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- 1-2 years’ experience as an admin assistant or secretary
