Jamalon is seeking to hire warehouse Officer
with the following requirements:
– Bachelor Degree Business administration or any related field.
– Fresh graduated.
– Basic knowledge of reporting
– Strong knowledge in MS office specially in excel.
– Strong communication skills and have excellent interpersonal skills
-able to work well on a team, think quickly and creatively under pressure,
– Good command in English.
-Ability to work under pressure
Job description:
1-Receive product from Courier representative or from Jamalon representative.
2- Check the received cargo and match it with AWBL in case of imported shipment.
3- Segregate the Cargo based on SKU, Description, Author, etc
4- In case of Damage item, report directly to WH leader.
5- Prepare the Packing list.
6- clean and wrap Books before bubble wrap and dispatch.
7- Support with stock tacking process, and report in case of any discrepancy.
8- Contribute with various warehouse activities.
9-Check, verify and fill customer invoices
10- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
