An International school in New Cairo requires 2 IT service desk as follows :
1) Performing activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing desk side computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop and laptop computers, tablets, smartphones, printers, network devices, standard software.
2) He will provide 1st line support to our end users located in working area.
3) He will be directed and supervised by service desk team leader or IT manager for basic troubleshooting and repair to more difficult device repair.
4) Performing user training if needed.
5) Participate in simple server tasks like manage users, computers in active directory.
6) Maintain LOW current activities in the working area.
1) Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as communication engineering or computer science. Exceptional having another degree but midrange IT background is required.
2) Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft is plus.
3) One to three years experience .
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT:
