INTRASOFT Jordan is looking for a Data Center Solutions Engineer holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering with 0 – 3 years of experience.

Skills and Requirements:
1. Provide documentations for evaluations, best practices, results, and methodologies.
2. Perform part replacements and hardware firmware (microcode/FLARE) upgrades as assigned or directed.
3. Attends training classes as required to develop and maintain a working knowledge of equipment’s software.
4. Good experience in Datacenter Solutions such as Storage, SAN Switches, Backup and Archiving.
5. Technical Savvy and thinks out of the box.
6. Solid communication skills in both English and Arabic.
7. Process oriented.
8. A team player who works as part of a team to provide services to customers.
9. Willingness to travel when needed.
10. Working outside of business hours as needed.
11. Other tasks as requested by Direct Manager or Consular.
12. EMC Certified Engineer is preferable.
