IMAGINE GRP is seeking to recruit a full time, senior graphic designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in advertising or design agency.

The designer should have a strong passion for experiential design and the ability to integrate graphics, media, and environment to create an overall holistic approach for marketing and brand strategies.

The designer will work directly with clients as well as with the strategy, account, and executive teams to create concepts, designs, and client presentations, and to nurture new business opportunities. The designer is expected to lead creative campaigns and to supervise teams and staff on multiple design projects.

The senior designer:

• Must have the ability to not only lead design but also to work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Must prove his/her experience in managing small and large projects from inception to project closeout and to have a strong ability to work under pressure

• Must possess strong conceptual skills, a high sense of design, spatial layout, and typography. He/ she must be a broad thinker able to offer a variety of design solutions

• Must have expert knowledge of design practices i.e., brand dev, user-centered experience design, and website design
