Objective: To execute all HR operations related to the Persons with disabilities’ (PWDs’) recruitment and training process.
Responsibilities:
– Handles the PWDs’ recruitment process end-to-end.
– Handles the PWDs’ internships and volunteering programs.
– Updates and maintains PWDs’ job profiles and databases up to date.
– Creates, searches, updates, and maintains clients’ database to increase job opportunities for PWDs.
– Follows up on hired PWDs’ statuses and supports them as required.
– Coordinates executing development programs for PWDs with the Training Coordinator.
Qualifications:
– At least one year of experience in a relevant position.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Experience in recruitment agency is a plus.
