HR Development and Training is required for a big FMCG company In Amman
With 3 – 5 years of experience in the development field
Managing, and implementing Human Resources strategies, policies, Procedures and systems
Developing, designing and administering the implementation of Human Resources training, learning and development functions.
Operating as an internal consultant to management in the identification, development, and implementation of HR systems, and providing technical assistance to subordinates regarding the development of new HR-related methods, policies and procedures
Leading the development and implementation of company succession planning and career path planning programs.
Participating in the formulation; and managing the implementation of training policies and programs through setting policies to conduct needs analysis studies, assessing the training vendors and evaluating benefits on the employees’ performance
Participating in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine company market status in relation to other similar companies within the sector
Working in the Performance management system through KPI’s and Smart Objectives for all department
