EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a “Executive Assistant/Office Manager” in Amman, Jordan.
•Assist the CEO with his daily schedule and duties, managing his calendar, commitments, and travel arrangements.
•Receiving and interacting with visitors.
•Answering and managing incoming calls.
•Maintaining paper, electronic and online records.
•Arranging meetings and conference calls.
•Drafting correspondence and presentations.
•Managing the inventory of office supplies, ordering additional supplies as needed and ensuring that costs are appropriately managed;
•Assist with various payroll and human resources functions.
•Developing and maintaining files.
Skills and Experience
•3+ years of solid administrative experience in an office setting.
•Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills (in Arabic, English).
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines.
•High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
