Estarta Solutions is currently recruiting for the Post Sales Escalation Team.
Duties &responsibilities:
– Handling and swiftly resolving customers’ complaints in a professional and effective manner
– Communicating daily with customers, and other technical departments; as needed
– Providing Support to the sales teams and account managers by engaging in critical post-sales support issues
– Coordinating technical support resources across teams when the issue spans multiple Cisco product lines
– Setting up and hosting regular meetings with partners/ customers to ensure all issues raised are properly addressed
Requirements:
– A college degree in MIS, BIS, modern languages or any related field
– 2 years of experience in customer care/ support or project management
– Fluency in English- writing and speaking
– Fluency in one or more of the following languages is a plus:
(German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, & Turkish)
– Ability to work under time pressure to ensure maintaining customers’ deadlines
– Analytical and troubleshooting mindset
– Excellent business communication skills
