EAM Malian Textiles Jordan (PVT) Ltd would like to offer the position of “HR EXECUTIVE” for Jordan citizens on immediate basis.
Job description:
- Should have 3-4 years’ expertise working in same capacity. Candidates working in a garment factory will be preferred.
- Should assist the Head of HR & Compliance in hiring local employees.
- Should have experience in conducting induction and orientation for new coming employees.
- Should prepare the personal files and other related documents of the new coming employees.
- Should act as a coordinator between HR and production department for all the local employs matter.
- Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
- Must be full conversant with Jordanian Labor law.
- Should have experience dealing with Local labor office for expatriates work permit cancelation and police station for residency matters.
- Should monitor employee retention and turnover rates.
- Should coordinate for full and final settlement of local employees.
- Should have experience managing employees’ grievances.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic – both written and spoken.
- Experience in managing the local employee’s transportation will be an added benefit.
