E3 is looking to recruit a passionate ERP Project – Change Management Specialist. to be part of the Delivery team at E3 offices in Amman-Jordan. The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. He/She will also be accountable to achieve project goals; support a positive work environment, transparency, mutual respect and the exchange of ideas. Applicant must have at least 5 years Change Management experience and well-developed business networks and developing and implementing end-user training strategies.
