Development Facilitator – Agents for Change Programme

Tearfund is looking to recruit an experienced professional to help deliver our Agents of Change programme in Eurasia and North Africa.

The Development Facilitator is responsible for identifying, developing and supporting leaders who are seen as “change makers” in their communities and countries, whose visions have the potential to transform some of the poorest communities and people around the world.

The role is responsible for:

• Developing strategic opportunities for the Agents of Change programme
• Identifying, equipping and growing changemakers
• Connecting and enhancing networking, collaboration and mutual learning

We are looking for someone with fluent Arabic and experience in the region.

Applicants must have the right to live, work and travel around the Eurasia and North Africa region.

This is a full time role starting as soon as possible. Competitive salary dependent on location. The post holder should be able to travel across the region for up to 12 weeks a year.
