KaiZen365 Technology is a networks solutions company in Jordan looking for a Desktop Support engineer as below:
* #Male, 1-2 years experience in networks field.
* Self-starter and quick learner.
* To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
* To install and configure new IT equipment.
* To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
* To resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners
* To maintain a first support level of customer service
* Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
* Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
* Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
* Willing to learn a new technology.
