An international organization is looking to hire a full time basis creative director in Jordan Amman Branch, the candidate should have proved experience in the advertising and marketing fields have the skill and will to invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages. Able to understand designs and customers’ requirements, and able of recognizing fresh approaches to advertising considering the continuously changing market needs.
The director will play a key role in MENA Regional team and is expected to manage teams requirements according to the management project schedules and annual work plan, the right candidate should be able to :
1. Manage a team of designers, animation specialists and creativity associates, able to plan and implement weekly and monthly work schedules.
2. Have great analytical Skills: analyze trends, look at new data and keep up with advertising and marketing evolution.
3. Have decision-Making Skills strong ability to meet Advertising campaigns timelines, final copy decisions, final art, finished commercials and radio spots.
4. Interpersonal Skills: able to with corporate heads and clients on a regular basis thus excellent command in English is a must, Being a good communicator to all involved will help greatly.
