Cloud Paper co. for business solutions is building a Microsoft System Administrators and Technical Team with the following expertise requirements:

Microsoft System Administrators and Technical Team requirement’s Qualifications:
– Deploy and maintain the AWS/Azure computing resources used for our hosted customer environments and in-house business systems.
– Perform proactive systems analysis and tuning to ensure optimal system performance and response for multi-user applications.
– Maintain and monitor production and in-house systems to ensure that the infrastructure performs at maximum efficiency.
– Provide support and escalation as necessary for our production platform applications. Identify and solve performance, scalability, reliability, and availability related issues.
– Implement and maintain IT security requirements and guidelines.
– Develop and maintain plans to ensure successful recovery of systems according to DR policy.
– Participate in developing and maintaining policies and procedures necessary for regulatory compliance. – Experience managing applications within virtual environments – VMware preferred
– Experience working in and configuring AWS computing environments
– Experience with Office 365 administration
– Knowledge of SQL and RDBM’s – MySQL preferred
– Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable
– Implement and Manage Windows Server 2012 and/or higher versions.
– Implement and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual servers
– Support Windows 8 and Windows 10
– Build, design, and implement new servers
– Troubleshoot and upgrade existing servers
– Implement and maintain hosted and cloud server solutions
– Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions
– Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain VLANs
– Remote access solution support: VPN and terminal services
– Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security Setup and maintain QOS on routers and switches
– Design and maintain wireless networks.
– Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system
– Respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and do periodic system reviews, ticketing and support portals.
– Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
– Install and Help Manage VOIP Phone Systems
– Work with AWS and/or Azure documentations
– Hands-on experience with remote administration, maintenance, triage and deployment of Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 / 2016, Office 365, Microsoft Azure/AWS, network switches, routers, firewalls and storage technologies
– Secondary escalation for client end user service requests, incidents, ticketing and monitoring dashboards for timely resolution
– Quickly and accurately prioritizes incidents and initiates proper Incident Management resolution
– Troubleshoots, escalates, and/or resolves client service incidents within defined SLAs
– Leverages remote support tools to resolve client requests.
– Appropriately manages expectations of clients and peers
– Identifies and designs solutions for hardware, software, and network issues
– EC2 and AWS Amazon cloud services (CloudFormation, RDS, EBS, Auto Scaling, S3, CloudWatch)
– Deploy cloud infrastructure (Security Groups and load balancers needed to support EBS environment)
– Create and manage TFS Continuous integration builds on VSTS
– Responsible for maintaining AWS instances as part of EBS deployment
– Good understanding of systems administration concepts and experience dealing with Windows and/or Unix scripting
– Knowledge of Code Repositories such as: Git/Github
– Ability to provide support on AWS services and DevOps deploying applications in AWS to help take full advantage of the AWS platform
– Architect and build Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
– Design elastic compute clusters that grow and shrink with demand.
– Build and administer CI/CD.
– Represent SecOps in software architecture sessions and arrive at designs that meets our product and business goals. Document alternatives & decision in collaboration tools.
– Provide accurate estimates and rationale for assigned tasks.
– Experience implementing security tools such as HIDS/HIPS, WAF, SIEM, n-factor authentication, identity management, encryption, HIPAA/HITECH, PCI DSS/PA-DSS.
– Knowledge of OS scripts (e.g. Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef) & thoroughly test them.
– Perform advanced network and security configuration. – Design, build, and monitor log aggregation and other alerting systems and processes.
– Design, document, build, and periodically test BC/DR plans.
