Asst. HR Manager – Construction

A very well established
contracting company for more than 23 years in Dubai, having projects of
high-rise commercial and residential projects is looking for a Assistant HR
Manager.
Minimum criteria for candidature will be: Post graduate degree or any higher diploma in Human Resource from a western university with at least 5 years experience in UAE in the constructing field will be preferred. You must have an experience in liaison, augmentation, Labour policies and should be able to take decision on behalf of Senior Human Resource Manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are prerequisites. Candidates with driving license will be preferred.
