A reputable Engineering company is seeking to hire HR Officer
Job Location: Amman, Jordan
Duties and Responsibilities:
This may include but is not limited to the following:
1. Follow up and manage activities related to HR.
2. Implements procedures and regulations according to the labor law.
3. Identifies staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants and Motivating and identifying the best people for the job.
4. Coordinate training activates.
5. Manage, control and supervise the creation and update process on employee personnel files.
6. Review the entered personnel data relevant to new hired employees/labors personnel information to ensure compliance with personnel automated system.
7. Manage and control medical insurance program.
8. Implementing and follow-up Social Security policy.
9. Follow up on penalties system in coordination with direct managers.
10. Prepare Staff Employment Contracts according to approved terms by authorized personnel.
11. Review and ensure proper keeping of staff leaves and vacation, both hard and soft copies.
12. Prepare the Staff Final Settlement in case of resignation and/or termination.
13. Manage, control and supervise the creation and update process on employee files.
14. Prepare frequent reports and submit them to direct manager.
Qualifications:
1) Educational Background:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related.
2) Minimum Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
