A leading tourism company in Jordan is looking for Online Reservation:

 • Negotiate with hotels for better rates, commission level and availability.

• Create hotel profile in System. 

• Updating Rates, Promotions and Offers from hotels. 

• Ensure the contracts are loaded accurately and quality of the contract is maintained.

• Negotiate and Load contracted allocations for all hotels.

• Create travel products which provides superior customer experience at competitive rates.

• Handling stop sales

• Manage relationship with key hotels.

• Run weekly rate parity reports of uploaded hotels and follow up with hotels for better promotional rates.

• Manage day to day operation of the contracting team.

• Delegate hotel contract to team members to upload it on the extranet.

• Create and introduce new packages. 

• Build relations with different vendors to uphold high level of service and quality

• Do the necessary meetings and site inspections to improve relationship with the key account managers .

Key skills:

• Should be able to business oriented

• Should have good knowledge in Hotel Operations & Contracting

• Contracting for series as well as group allocations

• 2 years experiences

• Bachelor degree in travel or related field
