A leading FMCG company located in Jordan – Amman is looking for MALE – IT Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT, software engineering, CIS, or CS
- Professional knowledge, database SQL,servers ,network , hardware , POS
- Commercial and contractual understanding
- The ability to work with artificial intelligence tools and be able to integrate with the existing scripts is a plus
- The ability to write a customized script within the BDB tool which can identify the Sales opportunities and build a database for them along with the customers’ information is a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in support IT or help desk support is preferred
- English fluency (writing and speaking)
- Time management skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English .
