A leading FMCG company based in Jordan looking to hire a Stock Controller & Demand Planning Supervisor
Job Description:
Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
Coordinate regular inventory audits.
Stock management and adjustment.
Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality.
Keep updated inventory records.
Ensure purchases do not exceed the budget.
Analysis stock and set necessary action plans to correct stock issues.
Manage stock discrepancies, damaged products claims with the suppliers.
Work Experience:
Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role in a large organization (Retailers, online retailer or FMCG).
Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
Working knowledge of inventory management software (ERP, Oracle or SAP).
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Active participation in inventory audits.
Excellent organization skills, reporting and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Industrial Engineer degree or Business administration.
Min of 5 Years experience.
