Jordanian nationals, who are expert in both Arabic and English, to work on The Exclusive Bab Al Madinah Mall in Zarqa

P01. Senior Architect: 10 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reviewing and validating design drawings, Communicating with project leaders and consultants, Coordinating architectural and MEP drawings, Value engineering, Reviewing and commenting design reports, Negotiating and validating VOs, Managing design drawings delivery, Validating materials and specifications, Reviewing and validating BOQs, etc. Experience in design development offices is required.

P02. Architect: 5 years of experience 2 Vacancies

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reviewing argil commenting design drawings and shop drawings, Coordinating project details, Coordinating suppliers and contractors works, Preparing design presentations and reports, Assisting the procurement process, Coordinating architectural and MEP drawings, Reviewing and commenting specifications and BOQs, etc. Experience in design development offices is required.

P03. Junior Mechanical Engineer: 5 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating design and MEP drawings, Reviewing and commenting mechanical drawings. Reviewing and commenting BOQs, Coordinating suppliers and contractors works, Testing and commissioning, Assisting the procurement process, etc.

PO4. Senior Electrical Engineer: 12 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reviewing and validating electrical drawings, Evaluating electrical systems, Assuring products quality, Monitoring site works, Testing and commissioning, Preparing product and design reports, Commenting and validating BOQs, Negotiating and validating V0s, Supervising installations and resolving design issues, Developing maintenance programs, etc.

P05. HR Senior Executive: 10 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruiting, training and developing staff, Preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process, Reviewing employment and working conditions, Designing and implementing company policies and procedures, Developing compensation and benefits plans, Reviewing of departmental budgets, Maintaining HR procedures that comply with labor and governmental department regulations, etc.

P06. Civil Project Engineer: 10 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and supervising the construction site works, Reviewing and validating structural design drawings and specifications, Conducting project risk-analysis, Preparing cost estimates, Preparing and submitting permits to comply with local regulations, Analyzing test results of construction materials, Analyzing bids from contractors, etc.

P07. Planning Engineer: 5 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing schedules (Primavera is required), Project monitoring and reporting, Performing project coordination, Managing stakeholder and Team Communication, Making estimations for timescales and costs, Preparing BOQs and Cost control, etc.

P08. Procurement Engineer: 8 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Investigating the market and determining needs, Evaluating suppliers quotations and preparing schedule of comparison, Negotiating prices and awarding contracts, Establishing delivery terms, Issuing purchase orders, Managing delivery and inspection of items, Assisting tendering and costing department, etc.

P09. Planning and Contracts Administrator: 5 years of experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing sales and purchase contracts, Negotiating contract terms with internal and external partners, Reviewing and updating existing contracts, Analyzing potential risks, Maintaining organized system of physical and digital records, etc.
