1. Sales Rep – Indoor ( Rental Agent) :

•Creat and take care of customer’s problems, requests, etc.

•Advice customers (vehicle types, GPS systems, prices, terms & conditions, extras on sale, etc.).

•Meet and Greet customers walk-in and ensure customer satisfaction

•Handle all customer inquiries over the phone & e-mails.

•Collect or charge the customer for rent, damages, traffic fins and other payments.

2.       Sales Rep – Outdoor :

•Manage assigned / potential accounts.

•Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship.

•Closing and Handling Objection Techniques.

•Results Oriented.

3.       CRM and Marketing Officer:

•Support CRM and Marketing activates, campaigns (communication strategy, image selection, branding requirements, testing).

•Conduct all CRM activates as per of company standers.

•Handle phone calls, e-mails all customers inquire.

•Monitor and analyze all customer feedback results to raise their excitements.

•Provide communications to other departments on the status customers concerns.
