1.Accountant
Job Description
Perform all accounting tasks for all Aramex stations’ related to Monthly Intercompany accounts reconciliation and balance confirmation.
Act as one point of contact for all assigned Aramex stations.
Handle the intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliation.
Ensure smooth operations and timely settlement of balances in coordination with the accounting manager and team leader.
Receive and verify all station’s invoices.
Record invoices in the company financial system.
Get stations’ confirmation for financial transactions.
Issue debit / Credit notes.
Perform monthly reconciliation for the stations accounts.
Transfer invoices to the company financial system daily.
Send invoices to concerned stations.
Continuously follow up with stations to solve pending cases.
Close cases before the deadline and closing the month.
Confirm monthly intercompany balance with stations.
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Excellent command of English.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Team spirit.
Bachelors degree in Accounting

2.Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities

- Support different products and teams by providing insights, analysis, and dashboards.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Reporting on KPIs and service level.
- Defining business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with databases; SQL and other relational databases
- Data Analysis and Modeling Techniques
- Ability to write proper Business Requirements
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies
- Bachelors degree in In MIS, BIS, Engineering or Computer Science
- Tableau Certification is a must
- 1-3 Years of Experience “Preferably in logistics or eCommerce”
- Good communicaiton skills
- Excellent command in english
- Team player
