Customer Service Representative has to answer all inbound and outbound calls.
In addition, the Customer Service Representative needs to respond to the customer queries through phone calls. He/She must be knowledgeable about the different products and services related to the organization in which the Customer Service Representative is currently employed.
– Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent typing and writing skills.
– Good knowledge of basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail).
– Full availability for all shifts (Morning, Evening and Night).
– Customer Service oriented.
– A Bachelor’s degree as a minimum educational background.
– Call Center experience is a huge plus.

– Communicate with customers over the phone.
– Manage and resolve customer complaints.
– Identify and overcome objections.
– Should be capable of handling issues and complaints by providing solutions to customers.
– Able to handle calls in a high-pressure environment.

– Time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements.

Content moderators take the responsibility of approving content before getting it live on the platform. The content may be a blog post, an image, video or audio content, it is the content moderator who evaluates the submitted content to be in line with the guidelines.

– Understanding the policies and guidelines, and making decisions based on them.
– Reviewing user reports regarding website content.
– Uphold a high standard of accuracy and quality while fulfilling job responsibilities, while maintaining efficiency.

– 0-1 year of experience.
– Good command of Arabic and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
– Full availability (Morning, Evening and Night shifts).
– Be familiar with multimedia platforms and knowledge of the trend of online content security.
– Good communication skills.
