Job Summary
Under the directions of the Shipping & Logistics Manager, this job is responsible for handling all activities related to shipping the product to the customers in bulk vessels.
Executive & Technical Duties
- Coordinates with Sales regarding schedule of shipments.
- Collects and negotiates freight with shipping lines/brokers/owners and submit offers to Shipping & Logistics Manager for further approval from the Senior Marketing Operations Director.
- Coordinates with the Loading Section at Aqaba and nominates fixed vessels.
- Follows up the loading progress, by coordinating with Aqaba, vessels’ agents and inspection companies.
- Coordinates with Documentation and Sales to collect external documents required.
- Verifying and laytime calculations.
- Facilitates settlements of freight invoices and submit them to Finance through the Shipping & Logistics Manager & the Senior Marketing Operations Director.
- Follows up cargo delivery at discharging port through agents, brokers to ensure smooth delivery of the product to the customer.
- Records each shipment details both electronically and manually.
- Assists the Shipping & Logistics Manager in his duties.
- Collects data pertaining to the preparation of the daily a report regarding product inventory and production from various Departments.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Shipping with GPA good or higher.
- At least (5) years of experience in a related field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent reading, speaking & writing skills in both English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Effective Communication, both orally and in writing.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- The successful candidate must be a non-smoker.

Sales Supervisor

Under the supervision and direction of the Marketing & Sales Director and The Sales Director- Asia and the Overseas offices. The two positions (Sales Supervisors) are responsible for handling sales activities related to sales to Europe, Africa, and the Americas and to Asia. In addition to Marketing activities and projects related to the department.
- Collecting and negotiating deals, prices, and shipments with customers. Submit results to Marketing Director to proceed with approvals by Marketing & Sales VP & APC CEO.
- Managing to do all sales procedures and related entries plus documentation. This includes internal approvals, contracts, sales entries, placements.
- Managing to secure and organize container and bulk vessel shipments with the coordination of Marketing Operations team, Safi plant and APC – Aqaba.
- Tracking each shipment and sale till payment is secured and received.
- Arranging all sales reports needed on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Confirming each lot been received to customers in line with our agreement and signed contracts.
- Traveling to meet customers.
- Assisting the Marketing & Sales Director on daily duties.
- Performing other related jobs, duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, International business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- (5-10) years’ experience in international reputable companies.
- Has experience in fields related to sales, marketing, management, bulk logistics or any related field. Experience in the sales and marketing of fertilizers or bulk commodities is a plus.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent reading, speaking & writing skills in English language.

Junior Electrical Engineer

Summary of duties:
– Following-up equipment preventive maintainance by continuous monitoring and checking up the PM schedule list.
– Directing and supporting electrical technicians for good work quality and job safety issues.
– Providing technical supports for different technicians working groups.
– Trouble-shooting and failure analysis of all electrical fault types.
– Reporting safety issues / logout daily maintainance activities / lead electrical groups for assigned works.
المهارات
Skills and Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
– (3-5) years’ experience in electrical plants maintainance such as: MCCs, transformers, motors, cables, joints, safety, LOTO, hoists and OHC, … etc.
– Good computer and reporting skills.
– Good knowledge in SimoCode smart relays besides to Siprotec relays.
– Preferred age between (25-30) years.
