We are looking for
1- IT Technical Support Officer who will be responsible to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software, and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.
Responsibilities:
-Install and configure software and hardware
-Manage network servers and technology tools
-Set up accounts and workstations
-Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
-Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
-Upgrade systems with new releases and models
-Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
-Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
Selecting and purchasing new hardware and software, and manage SLA’s
Job Requirements:
-BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
-Professional certification (e.g., A+) is a plus
-Experience 0-2 years.
