The main role for this position: We are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager for its Jordan – Amman office who will work under direct supervision of program director. The project manager is responsible for all related activities and events, and managing his/her team in Jordan remotely. The project manager is responsible to figure best methodologies to achieve all project objectives on time. The project manager also responsible for building his/her team capacity.

Required Responsibilities:
Technically:
Responsible for all details required to achieve project objectives, and preparing sufficient implementation plan, spending plan, working plan and track the progress.
Managing directly his/her team in Jordan, and remotely his/her team inside Syria, and work in close coordination with Auranitis’ Director of Programs and Director of Operations and other Amman HQ based senior staff on early stage deliverables for including the Work plan, M&E Plan and Spend Plan.
Responsible for all project related communication plans supported by Media manager
Preparing M&E plan and track implementation based on humanitarian aspects, and lead the implementation of business training activities through facilitation and leadership of training sessions.
Ensure sufficient archiving and documentation for all project activities, and working in close cooperation with the Director of Programs and Director of Operation on the smooth and timely close out of the project; and to ensure project reports and success stories are produced in a timely manner. Further, ensure all donor’s requirements are applied as and where necessary. Produce timely responses to donor requests for information and data.
Manage and direct the team, and set plans and strategies. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, and manage and maintain the best relations, coordination with Finance, HR, and Procurement departments.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure resource availability and allocation
Qualifications:
At least two to three years’ experiences in project management. Further, At least 2 years’ experience with multi donors and reporting.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business development or any related field.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in establishing systems and overseeing program start-up under limited time constraints as well as program close-out.
Financial management experience; including budgeting, financial management (tracking, reporting, accounting), and procurement. Further, experience with activity design, development, training, implementation and comprehensive monitoring and evaluation.
