We are looking for Professional Service Engineer Jordan Branch.
Qualifications:
•Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
• Provide on-site and off-site ITG professional services to customers including, product deployment, configuration, health checks, optimization, training and troubleshooting.
• Assist Sales with implementation capacity and network designs
• Coordinate pre-installation calls and provide written post deployment summaries
• Contribute to the development of best practices and training material
• Collaborate with customer support, product management, R&D, marketing and sales regarding deployment techniques, feature requests, product issues and sentiment
• Provide onsite and remote setup, installation, configuration and training of ITG Software products.
• Act as a technical reference / subject matter expert in all areas of the product features and client business processes.
