looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with new customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing and new clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
– Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success .
– Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs .
– Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform .
– Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts.
Qualifications
– BA/BS degree in computer engineering , computer science or relevant field .
– Proven work experience as an Account Manager with experience 2-3 years or relevant sales role .
-Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
