A national NGO is looking for a Warehouse Officer
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly checks and maintains inventory for required resources to ensure a smooth flow of operations without delays
Reviews Purchase orders released from procurement officer to ensure it is alignment with the requirements and orders
Checks the orders once received to ensure alignment with the purchase orders in terms of quality and quantity to ensure conformance to standards
Receives “Request to supply”, checks availability, releases dispatch voucher, and coordinates with the order owner for delivery to ensure swift facilitation of the owner’s needs
Organizes the arrangement of Products to make sure restocking and removing items is smooth and safe
Keeps track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times to ensure the availability of the resources at all times
Organizes the warehouse and ensures a clean and well organized  layout
Ensures that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Develops regular warehouse operational reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in any related field
2 years min in a similar field
English Level (5)
IT and Computer Literacy
Quality Orientation Skills
Data Collection and Analysis
