Administration Assistant / Female Only
Duties:
To receive all incoming calls through the Company’s switchboard and direct as necessary.
To welcome all visitors related for management and the general manager office.
To ensure the reception area is kept clean at all times.
To type letters and other documents.
Receive process and send courier with the designated courier company as required by the management.
Qualifications:
BA or Diploma.
1-2 experience.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Good command in English and Arabic.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to keep records with attention to detail.
Presentable and Mature.
