Roles & Responsibilities:
1- Manages all aspects of purchasing for product and none product materials and supplies to efficiently and cost-effectively support organizational operations.
2- Performing the purchases of designated raw materials, materials, services, energy, investments, telecommunication, information processing, travel services for domestic and foreign needs within the company in a true and economic manner and amount in accordance with the company policy and legal regulations.
3- Controlling service and goods purchase agreements and approving them in accordance with company signature authorization limits.
4- Manage efficiently all Purchasing operations on ERP by reviewing & approving purchase orders in terms of QCD and approve on all invoices processed by finance before actual payment
5- Effective Suppliers’ management to improve QCD and secure smooth delivery of products or services in collaboration with QA to achieve best product quality
6- Communicate with Head office to ensure that Astrico is included in all international deals with international suppliers
7- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms and Enhance the purchasing cycle to reach optimum customer satisfaction
8- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve yearly budget and enhance company cash flow
9- Share updates, reviews & obstacles with top management meetings on weekly and monthly bases to be aligned with company targets and objectives
10- Following up on Actual production volumes vs plan and communicating with concerned parties in case discrepancies
11- Following up on materials supply of raw and pack materials) to ensure continuity of production
12- Ensure that all designated sales local or exports are properly achieved at its designated time and volumes
13- Review daily reports of customer clearance for exports and imports to make sure that shipment cost is within acceptable limits
14- Follow up on loading plan to make sure that our transportation tools will cover all requested daily orders
15- Reviewing budgeted local, export sales vs actual sales and communicating with concerned parties in case of problems
16- Weekly communication with warehousing employees to ensure smooth delivery of service
17- Compares Yearly budget in terms of sales volume with quarterly sales forecast to communicate with concerned parties in case of discrepancies
18- Preparing A Master planning schedule which evaluates total demand vs available capacity to show constrains and take the necessary actions accordingly
19- Planning for Material requirements to consolidate all the material requirements vs the stock on hand & pending orders to create new orders based on current plan or to expedite or ignore pending orders
20- Supply chain monthly reporting in terms of demand review, material supply situations, raw materials risk of expiration , actual distribution cost vs budget , sales performance , days forward coverage for raw and pack material on hand
21- Update inventory safety stock levels based on actual consumptions
22- Daily ERP activities in case of delegation like approving PR’s and PO’s

Qualifications
1- University bachelor’s in business administration.
2- At least 7 years of experience in similar position in food industry sector
3- Must own a car.
