A new (ladies gym) in Amman is looking for the following:
2 CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Main responsibilities and duties:
• Manage customer accounts, receive incoming telephone calls, and greet walk-in customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers and provide assistance with problems they might encounter.
• Managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• Providing advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale.
• Collecting payment and take hold of the cash before handling over to the manager by the end of each working day.
• Perform tasks assigned by manager.
• Very good computer and Microsoft office skills.
• Good communication skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Good command in English.
