Is seeking to recruit the following qualified professionals to join its offices in Jordan:

Contracts Specialist

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc. degree in Quantity Surveying (08), Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in construction contract administration (including variations, claims and disputes) with prime design and supervision consultancy firms supporting large construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on multimillion-dinar construction and infrastructure projects.
• Understand/comprehend terms and conditions, able to interpret and understand contract, must be very organized, must have effective problem solving and excellent negotiation skills.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Possess strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software typically associated with contract administration.
• Working knowledge/proficiency of FIDIC and familiar with other international forms of conditions of contract related to design/build, consultancy and construction contracts.
• Ability to work under sustained pressure with minimum supervision.

Project Manager / Buildings

Qualifications &Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in Supervision & Construction Management of large-scale buildings projects
• Distinguished Project Management skills.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Project Manager / Highways

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20 years of experience in Construction Management and Supervision of large scale Highways projects with Major Consulting companies.
• Distinguished Project Management skills.
• PMP Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills in both English and Arabic.
• Regional experience is a must.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
