Key Accountabilities
Key Activities
- General Recruitment
-
- Builds and maintains relationships with strategic recruitment sources to ensure timely and effective recruitment of talent
- Sources suitable candidates through direct advertising, recruitment agencies, career fairs and online
- Organizes, communicate and participates in career fairs
- Ensures the coordination of internal search for candidates from within organization for relevant job openings
- Oversees screening and short listing of prospective candidates and forwards their profiles to respective business unit for review and scheduling of interviews

- Utilizes Applicant Tracking System and other software to provide accurate data and report capabilities
- Contributes towards maintaining a database of applicants from which candidates may be sourced currently or when opportunities become available

- Ensures the verification process that education and experience represented by the candidate is factual by checking awarding institutions and prior employers

- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs

- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and job sites

- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
- Analyzes manpower requirements and provides analysis on strategic plans of the organization
- Supports in the annual manpower plans for the organization
- Liaises with government authorities on obtaining approvals of the new recruits
- Builds relations with the TRA and the ministry of manpower on the requirements of obtaining new approvals and provide necessary documents
- Organizes workshops and seminars on recruitments processes and procedures
- Designs and recommends improvements to recruitment procedures and processes
- Manages and coaches the team on the absence of the recruitment manager to achieve the set goals and KPIs
- Recruitment Administration

- Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)

- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration

- Administers job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies

- Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)

- Develops pool of internal and external talents

- Cooperates closely with the Career Development specialist as internal talents are promoted
-
- Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Recruitment Manager

- Execution of the recruitment social media communication, ruled by approved Marketing principles
-
- Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
-
- Assists in providing all the needed travel and accommodation arrangements of new hires
- Assists in preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget
-
- Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process

- Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

- Efficiently and effectively fills open positions

- Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

- Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Reviews applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

- Conducts prescreening interviews

- Performs reference and background checks for potential employees
-
- Writes and forwards rejection letters
-
- Interviews and selects employees’ onsite
-
- Prepares and sends offer packages
-
- Prepares and sends new employee orientation packages
-
- Performs other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant subject
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Human Resources domain
