Accountant

The Accountant will be working closely with the Senior Accountant to ensure smooth running of related accounting unit (Sales/POS, GL/FA & AP), as well as proper setup and successful implementation of a new ERP system.
This role main duties and responsibilities include maintaining reliable and accurate records, maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company asset and assisting in the preparation of annual budget, cash flow forecast as well as month end closing process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring smooth running of related accounting unit (Sales/POS, GL/FA, AP).
Assisting in the setup and implementation of a new ERP system.
Maintaining reliable and accurate GL records, month end reconciliations.
Maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company assets.
Assisting in the preparation of annual budget and cash flow forecast.
Participating in inventory count, prepare reports and reconcile discrepancies.
Assisting in month end closing process.
Providing support during external audit process, and responsible for suppliers and bank reconciliations
