Job Scope:

 

The purpose of this role is to serve out of reach and underserved customers and improve efficiency of the current sales force, by

formulating the B2B strategy & design the roadmap as a complementary route to market solution for KSA

Play as a robust value-added mediator between cross functions and be the change agent

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

B2B Strategy – Scope: KSA

 

B2B Strategy/roadmap – Future proofing our RTM

  • Have a full understanding of the current platform and put in place the Roadmap for integration in each of the 13 Branches In KSA and include the proposed plan part of the Distributor JBP
  • Map Customers and align with BCO on the best business model for B2B taking into consideration the order to cash cycle
  • Share the roadmap for expected Reach and Coverage by Branch and channel
  • Devise a plan on how to achieve the Target NIV on Channel and customer Level
  • Create Monthly activity calendar (campaigns, specific B2B promotions, salesman activation, digital loyalty program)
  • Share learning on monthly basis with other countries during NAME B2B Committee meeting and propose to ECom IT actions that answer to challenges
  • Identify capability needs and propose a plan to build capabilities of Salesreps and Customers

 

B2B Business Development – Scope: KSA

 

BC fulfillment (Achieve B2B TO) through expanding the current base of customers/channels (WS, HTS, Grocery, C-stores) and through campaigns & incentives

  • Working with CD to explore which customers are quick wins, which customers are potential and what needs to be done to add others
  • Share Detailed Coverage plan by Channel and make sure it is translated by salesrep and track progress Monthly
  • Set Up a plan that will enable Sales reps to drive recruitment of new customers
  • Align with CCD & SM on monthly promotional plan by channel and make sure the platform is updated with the monthly promotional activities
  • Work with CCD to have an incentive plan for customers – on channel level/country level
  • Work with CD to have an incentive plan for salesman – on channel level/country level
  • Track the Implementation of the activity calendar (campaigns, specific B2B promotions, salesman activation, digital loyalty program) and share monthly learning on the performance of the activities
  • Daily Monitor of the achievement vs time-lapse and identify daily corrective actions needed and feedback to Ecom IT or logistics on support needed
  • Responsible for the Daily reporting and upload of data
  • Sharing Monthly achievement update & Monthly updated targets with the sales supervisors
  • Track Monthly Execution KPIs including: number of registered stores, number of new registered stores, number of active stores, invoice value etc..
  • Collect Country Level Learning on the solution and customer feedback

 

B2B IT – Current Platform – Scope: KSA

  • Custodian of KSA Platform
  • Understand the full features of the Platform and assess compatibility and data integration with the current Distributor system including the current distributor stock reporting system by Branch
  • Propose a plan and sign off with KSA CD Director and the distributor to ensure smooth implementation
  • Report daily platform issues and follow up with Ecom IT on resolving them
  • Propose enhancements on current features

 

Key Competencies & Skills – Standards of Leadership

 

Role requirements:

  • FMCG Sales experience is a must –understanding the full Order to Cash cycle
  • Have previouslydealt with and managed customers in KSA(both Modern Trade and General Trade) , H&B is a plus
  • Tech savvy with a digital marketing background, E-Commerce is a must
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must
  • MS Excel Literacy is a must
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work under pressure
