Assembly & Paint Supervisor
The Job is based in Emerson Manufacturing Facility, Jubail, KSA
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting monthly POR requirement by ensuring the right production throughput of valves
- Manages the paint performance in terms of internal delivery performance and quality
- Leading and supporting a team of assembly and painters
- Responsible for all HSE standards, programs and trainings for Assembly and Paint teams
- Leverage all actions and resources to resolve all shopfloor casualties in best lead time possible
- Support to resolve production related issues in timely manner
- Supervision of different stages of assembly operation for productivity and quality, till the final product
- Coaching of the painter in paint shop supervision and management of collaborators
- Combining monthly production reports and presenting to leadership team
- Ensuring VTR and Oracle transaction has been moved timely
Basic Qualifications
- Relevant technical certificate or engineering degree.
- Minimum 5-8 years of technician level experience in valve industry.
- Good product knowledge.
- Effective communication skills
- Management skills and team coaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Knowledge or Sales Application experience is a plus
