IT Support Vacancy based in Dubai
Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems.
Responsible for integration of user workstations, including MAC workstations, with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory.
Good knowledge in Activity Directory, DHCP,DNS & especially in Exchange server
Good knowledge in Server and PC operating systems – such as Windows 2008 and 2012, PC operating systems such as Windows 7, 8 & 10
Strong working knowledge of monitoring and tuning systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
Strong working knowledge of configuring and maintaining VMware and virtual environments.
Knowledge of Avaya Call Center is an advantage
Knowledge of Cisco Call Center is an advantage
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment;
Overseeing security of all systems & Servers, especially the internet
