Reservation Officer (Reservation Officer & Telephone Operator)

Key Job Responsibilities:
Answering guest request and replying email inquiries in a timely manner.
Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System / Opera.
Enter group rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required.
Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities.
Liaise with Sales and other departments as required.
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Multi task, handling of Hotel incoming calls & Reservations process.
PMS Opera knowledge
Microsoft Outlook email handling experience.
