Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Control of project documents distribution and coordination of action assignments.
- Responsible for establishing, processing and auditing transmittals letters to the owner, engineer and subcontractor also responsible for logging and tracking transmittals letters through computerized system (ACONEX).
- Responsible for transmittals receiving and date stamped, ensure that all documents indicated on transmittal have been received and notify any discrepancies to originator.
- Establishing drawing control system to track drawings, specifications and bid packages, maintain a complete file of bid and contract documents and issue revised drawings to all affected suppliers and subcontractors via transmittal/letters.
- Input incoming and outgoing documents into the system (ACONEX) and prepare documents transmittals, accurate filing of project correspondence, reports and drawings, maintain and develop project file index.
- Responsible for auditing the status of transmittals letters and all outstanding RFI’s and other documents that need respond and actions.
- Establishing, maintains, and update computerized listing of vendors to supplement that provided under general services administration contracts.
- Ensure document management objectives are clearly understood and followed in accordance with the job function.
- Review incoming engineering drawing packages to ensure all required documents and drawings are received (xrefs, tiffs, CAD,PDF transmittals and photographs).
- Ensure external engineering contractors follow the standard, procedures work instructions and specification.
- Maintain and manage project files from project start to close out.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree/ ITI
Minimum Experience Required:
- 3- 7 years experience & 2+ years of minimum GCC experience
