ROLE

-Identifying and quantifying key investment drivers to perform sensitivities and be able to provide an analytical assessment of different business cases, so deals can be structure in the most efficient way.

-Maintaining complex financial models for projects in connection with projects acquisitions, financings, PPA and EPC bids and M&A activities.

-Due diligence coordination role, either for acquisition, financing, and sales purposes.

-Developing investment memorandums and briefs, for different stakeholders

-Financial modelling for tender, projects acquisition, PPA negotiation and financing and sales purposes.

-Working with departments to help guide projects move forward quickly and efficiently from a project finance perspective.

REQUIREMENT

We are looking to speak with individuals with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in renewable energy, clean tech and/or finance

Applicants should have experience in:

-European Markets (Ideally South Europe)

-Having a strong capability to understand different tax and regulatory aspects of the business opportunities.

-Detecting new business opportunities.
