STS is looking to hire an energetic Sales Administrator to join its Products and Solutions team.

Requirements:
Maximum 2 years of experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
B.A degree in Business Administration, English or any related field.
Very Good command in English.
Good hands-on experience on MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English.
Very good communication skills.
Job Description:
Assists in administering all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the division.
Maintains Monthly and weekly records documenting all Invoices, POs, affecting sales Cycle.
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the division.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and events.
Arrange and confirm appointments remove
Maintain Division’s work procedures
Maintain databases like Customer List.
Dealing with correspondence, collating information, writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant people
To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
Working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
Responsible for coordinating sales-related details before and after the sale
Assist accounts receivable department to collect delinquent payments for services / products rendered.
Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required.
Assist in invoice issuing and follow up
