We are looking for an Office manager with 2-3 years of experience, to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and to manage a team of administrative or support staff.
Responsibilities may include:
• organizing meetings and managing databases
• booking transport and accommodation
• organizing company events or conferences
• preparing letters, presentations and reports
• supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• managing office budgets
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• delegating tasks to junior employees
• using a range of software packages
• attending meetings with senior management
• assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on
• very good command of English language is a must
