Cell Avenue-Amman is looking for Office Administration to join our team with the following skills :
• Purchasing office supplies and consumables such as stationery and cleaning materials
• The purchase, maintenance and inventory of all staff issued equipment and office furniture.
• Handle requests and queries from managers.
• Assist in training staff members and new hires on internal policies and procedures
• Work closely with HR HQ team
• Ensure that all staff members are familiar with HRMS and their responsibilities regarding timesheets, leave applications and sickness reporting.
• Work closely with HR HQ team to ensure that employees documents and HRMS is up to date.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role;
• Very good with the MS Office suite;
• Attention to detail;
• Communication and Computer Skills.
